Lomi Lomi Massage:
A deep tissue massage that helps melt away muscle tension by primarily using knuckles, fists, forearms and elbows.  Some hand strokes are also applied. 
 

Ashiatsu(barefoot) Massage: Utilizing an overhead bar for balance, this unique massage uses the feet to deliver the most  incredible deep tissue massage offered! (Certified through Barefoot Masters)

Sports Massage:
Ideal for the weekend warrior or dedicated athlete, sports massage is used before, during, and after athletic events to prepare the athlete for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to relieve swelling, to reduce muscle tension, to promote flexibility and to prevent injuries.
 

Esalen Style Massage:
A highly relaxing massage using integrative strokes that flow into related areas and continues seamlessly, wrapping the torso arms, legs, hands, feet, neck, and body into a united whole.
